Job Title: Business Data Analyst
Location: Charlotte-NC-USA (Hybrid Remote till COVID-19)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

JOB DUTIES:
Candidates will be working with a current team of data analysts to source and enter data to/from multiple systems for the creation/management of RFP events and the analysis of closed events for contract awards. You will assist with process creation, coordination, analysis, and execution of volume transport purchasing agreements, with a focus on expense avoidance and reduction. In this role, you will demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments at the sub-market and national level. You will partner with sub-market transport managers and engineers in negotiating large-scale contracts, including new fiber deployment. You will assist with projects by managing RFP/BID creation and contract execution timelines to achieve sub-market goals, and help assure all tasks are on track towards successful completion. Other job responsibilities involve;
Assistance with vendor data validation and cleanup
Working with telecom providers to collect bid and circuit information
Audit collected data against Granite/Fuze for accuracy
Validation and preparation of data
Partner with multiple teams on the cleanup of data
Create and Post Tess Events
Manage/Analyze Vendor bid information
Validate contracts against deal models for accuracy
Assist with creating and routing of contracts
Ability to negotiate new and existing transport agreements
Review any new deal models against the agreement in advance of routing for execution.
Data preparation for modeling
Verify that data is pulling correctly, and validate against multiple systems
Enter Bid/event/award related information into Fuze
Creation/Management of AHOC reports task
